Dear Mr. Paul,

During the International Draughts Tournament Curaçao Open I have received your letter dated September 29, 2007 from Mr. Kolman Turiy and I want to congratulate you and your board with this very good and for us important initiative to start with a new movement of international game of checkers in the USA.

I hope that you will manage on a short period to officialize your organization and really organize the hundreds of international draughts players who are living in the USA and to develop the game in a much better and higher level then it has been up to now.

Of course the PADCF is open and willing to help your organization to achieve your goals.

I will discuss this affair with the FMJD as soon as possible.
