When	November 19 – 28, 2010. Opening and first round will be held on November 20, 2010. Plan to arrive on November 19, 2010 and no later than morning of November 20, 2010. Plan to leave no earlier than evening of November 28, 2010.

Rooms and Rates	$79.00 per day to be paid directly to ICAONA on arrival with timely reservation as below. Rate includes resort fee and continental breakfast for 2 people in each room. Every room is non-smoking, has 2 beds, free Internet, refrigerator, microware and a coffeemaker. Maximum allowed occupancy is 4 people in the room. Rollaway beds are extra $10.00 per night. Upon request, the different types of accommodations (smoking, kitchenettes) can be offered in other nearby hotels within walking distance or short bus ride (prices will vary).
Transportation	The hotel is situated about 30 minutes driving from both airports. Shuttle buses, taxis, and car rentals are available at both airports. A public bus stop next to the hotel can take you to South Beach and Miami sightseeing.
Inscription Fee	$US 105 ($65 for ICAONA members in good standing)*  (We had to increase the inscription fee because of new FMJD ruling, requiring us to pay for having our tournament and players rated.)
Prizes	Prizes will be awarded for the first 6 places. Exact amounts are TBD based on availability of funds. As a reference, 1st place award of previous years was $800 to $1000.
Deadline	Please confirm your participation ASAP but no later than October 10, 2010. If you need to be picked up at the airport, please provide your airline flight information.
